We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Barista/Counter Server who has a passion for food and beverage preparation and education. This role goes beyond simple service; it is about creating meaningful connections with customers while delivering expertly prepared drinks and delicious bakery items. Our Baristas greet customers warmly, answer their questions about menu items and specials, accept payments, and prepare a wide range of beverages. They also assist customers in selecting items from our bakery case and ensure the workspace and dining area remain clean and well-stocked.

This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexibility in scheduling, including availability during peak hours such as early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, with Saturdays required. We offer competitive pay ranging from $17.50 to $25.00 per hour, reflecting the skills and enthusiasm brought to the role. The Barista/Counter Server is part of a fun, high-energy team that values effective communication, attention to detail, and adherence to food safety regulations and quality standards.
