Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year of experience preparing coffee drinks in a high-volume coffee shop
- one year of bakery industry experience
- strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
- comprehensive knowledge of food and coffee including ingredients, applications, and culinary skills
- knowledge of food safety, HACCP and Department of Health guidelines
- ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
