Job Duties
- Greet customers and build rapport
- Display friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language
- Respond to customer questions effectively
- Stock products and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards
- Perform basic department cleaning upkeep
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, dating, and handling of baked goods
- Sort baked goods from the oven when needed
- Fill product orders on the sales floor
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
- Complete cake decorating and baking duties once fully trained and approved
