The ability to lift weights consistently up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds is essential to manage product handling safely. Effective communication and guest service skills are also necessary to foster positive customer interactions and contribute to sales efforts. The position requires candidates to be at least 18 years old and to possess the ability to read and understand instructions as well as company policies related to bakery operations and service standards.
