The Baker's Helper position is integral to the bakery operations within Albertsons stores. This role entails assisting with a wide array of bakery tasks from start to finish, including preparing dough, glazing pastries, applying icing, and monitoring oven temperatures. The Baker's Helper works closely with the Bakery Sales Manager to plan daily production schedules, gather ingredients, and ensure that baked goods meet the highest quality standards. Beyond the technical baking duties, this role also involves direct customer interaction—providing courteous service, answering product questions, and sharing product information to enhance the customer experience.
