The Baker's Helper position at Albertsons Companies is an integral role within the bakery team. The Baker's Helper assists in the daily bakery operations by preparing dough, glazing pastries, applying icing, and monitoring oven temperatures, ensuring consistency and quality in every product. Working closely with the Bakery Sales Manager, the Baker’s Helper helps plan the day’s production schedule, gathers ingredients, and follows recipes meticulously to achieve the best results.
In addition to hands-on baking tasks, this role involves providing excellent customer service by answering questions, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving bakery practices. A genuine interest in food preparation and bakery processes is essential, alongside a dedication to producing baked goods that enhance the overall customer experience.
