Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in baking or food service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Good physical stamina
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare dough and glazing pastries
- Assist with baking tasks from start to finish
- Plan the day’s production with the Bakery Sales Manager
- Gather ingredients and follow recipes accurately
- Apply icing to baked goods
- Monitor oven temperatures
- Ensure products meet quality standards
- Provide courteous and helpful service to customers
- Offer product information and answer questions
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
