The Baker’s Helper position at Albertsons Companies plays a crucial role within the bakery operations, ensuring that all baked goods meet high standards of freshness, quality, and taste. This role involves a blend of both creative and technical baking skills, including preparing dough, glazing pastries, and assisting with every stage of the baking process from start to finish. Working closely with the Bakery Sales Manager, the Baker’s Helper helps plan daily production schedules, collects ingredients, and follows baking recipes with precision and care. Responsibilities also include glazing pastries, monitoring oven temperatures, applying icings and other finishing touches to products, and maintaining a clean, organized bakery workspace.

Customer service is a fundamental aspect of this role, as the Baker’s Helper is also expected to provide courteous, knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding bakery products.
