The Baker's Helper position at Albertsons plays a vital role in the bakery operations. This role involves hands-on preparation of bakery products, including preparing dough, glazing pastries, and assisting throughout the baking process from start to finish. Working closely with the Bakery Sales Manager, the Baker's Helper helps plan daily production schedules, gathers ingredients, and meticulously follows recipes to ensure quality and consistency. This position demands attention to detail in monitoring oven temperatures and applying finishing touches like icing or glazing to baked goods.
