- knowledge of baking techniques and safety standards

Job Duties
- Prepare dough and mix ingredients for bakery products
- glaze and decorate pastries and baked goods
- assist with monitoring oven temperatures and baking times
- plan daily bakery production with Bakery Sales Manager
- provide courteous customer service and answer product-related questions
- maintain clean and organized bakery workspace
- follow recipes accurately and ensure product quality standards are met
