Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bakery or food service preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- good physical stamina to stand for long periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic food safety knowledge

Job Duties
- prepare dough accurately following recipes
- glaze and ice pastries and other baked goods
- assist with baking and production from start to finish
- monitor oven temperatures and baking times
- ensure all bakery products meet quality standards
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- provide courteous and helpful service to customers
- answer customer questions and offer product information
