Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds frequently
Capacity to work in a comfortable indoor environment with temperature variations due to freezers, ovens, and coolers
Capability to bend, handle, pull, reach, push, and stoop as needed
Willingness to follow all food safety and company policies
Ability to maintain a friendly and positive attitude
Reliable and predictable attendance

Job Qualifications

Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
Knowledge of bakery products preferred
At least 18 years of age

Job Duties

Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods by following product handling information
Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on production charts
Package freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, muffins, breads, pies, and cakes
Decorate special order or case products as needed
Rotate and store bakery products following food safety and freshness guidelines
Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments
Clean and sanitize bakery equipment, displays, and food surfaces
Generate labels and price tickets and ensure accurate pricing
Operate bakery equipment safely and according to protocols
Maintain club policies and procedures
Support other departments as assigned
Ensure regular and predictable attendance
