Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Ability to move about non-hard surfaces frequently
Ability to bend, handle, pull, reach, push and stoop as needed
Frequently lift objects up to 30 pounds
Ability to lift and move heavier objects with assistance
Comfortable working in indoor environments with temperature extremes from freezers and ovens
Frequent exposure to cleaning agents
Regular, predictable full attendance

Job Qualifications

Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
Knowledge of bakery products preferred
At least 18 years of age

Job Duties

Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned
Support the application of club policies, procedures and compliance
Strive for flawless execution and hold oneself accountable

Answer questions and recommend bakery items
Take member calls and special orders
Proof and bake unfinished bakery goods using ovens and equipment
Use bakery production charts for production and display guidance
Package freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, muffins, breads and cakes
Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts
Decorate special order or case products
Rotate and store bakery products following food safety and freshness standards
Receive, inspect and store bakery shipments
Check for and manage out-of-date products per policy
Generate labels and price tickets accurately
Clean and sanitize bakery equipment and display fixtures
Operate bakery equipment safely
Maintain all club policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned including cross-department work
Maintain regular, predictable full attendance
