This role is for a Bakery Team Member at BJ's Wholesale Club, an important position within the bakery department responsible for ensuring the highest quality and freshness of bakery goods offered to members. As a Bakery Team Member, you will proof and bake unfinished bakery goods, unpack frozen bakery items, and prepare displays to meet production chart recommendations. This position involves following all safety and cleanliness standards, handling bakery equipment appropriately, and delivering excellent customer service. As a member of the BJ's Wholesale Club bakery team, you will be actively engaged in crafting baked goods such as muffins, breads, cakes, cookies, pastries, and more, ensuring products meet quality standards and comply with food safety regulations. You will also engage with members by answering questions, taking special orders, and providing recommendations.
