This job opportunity is for a Bakery Team Member at BJ's Wholesale Club. The role is designed for individuals who are willing to cross-train in the deli department and work various shifts, including two openings and three closings. A plus for this position is experience in cake decorating or minimal writing on cakes. The bakery team member is responsible for proofing and baking all unfinished bakery goods following specific product handling instructions using ovens and other bakery equipment. They will unpack frozen bakery goods and display items appropriately based on production charts while adhering to safe handling and storage guidelines. Maintaining a clean and safe bakery environment in line with company standards is essential. This position requires a strong commitment to teamwork, safety, and member-focused service.
