The role available is a Bakery Team Member position, a vital part of the bakery department responsible for preparing, baking, and displaying high-quality bakery goods. As a Bakery Team Member, you will be handling all the essential bakery processes, including proofing and baking unfinished goods, unpacking frozen bakery products, packaging freshly baked items, and decorating special orders for members. Your work will ensure that every bakery item meets BJ’s quality and freshness standards while following food safety policies meticulously. This position also involves managing inventory by inspecting deliveries and maintaining proper rotation of goods to ensure freshness and compliance with company policies.
