The Bakery Team Member role at BJ's Wholesale Club involves hands-on involvement in the preparation, baking, and display of bakery products. Individuals in this role are responsible for proofing and baking unfinished bakery goods by adhering to precise product handling instructions, using specialized bakery equipment such as ovens. They will unpack frozen goods and arrange them in appropriate quantities based on detailed production charts, ensuring proper storage and handling to maintain freshness and quality.
