Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a bakery or food service environment preferred
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- Ability to work in temperature extremes such as freezers and ovens
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Regular, predictable attendance
- At least 18 years of age

- Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods following product handling information using ovens and other equipment
- Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations
- Package freshly baked goods such as cookies, muffins, breads, pastries, cakes, and pies
- Decorate special order or case products as needed
- Rotate and store bakery products according to food safety, freshness, and handling policies
- Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments
- Generate labels and price tickets for bakery items and ensure accurate pricing
- Clean and sanitize bakery equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces
- Operate bakery equipment safely following company policies
- Maintain all club policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting other departments as needed
- Ensure regular, predictable, full attendance
