Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
Knowledge of bakery products preferred
Cake decorating experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and assist with heavier items
Ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to work in temperature extremes such as freezers and ovens
Commitment to follow food safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
Knowledge of bakery products preferred
At least 18 years of age
Cake decorating experience preferred

Job Duties

Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods by following product handling instructions
Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on production charts
Maintain all cleaning and safety standards within the bakery
Answer questions and recommend bakery items
Take special orders and handle member calls
Package freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, muffins, breads, pies, and cakes
Decorate special order or case products
Rotate and store bakery products following food safety and product handling policies
Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments
Generate labels and price tickets for bakery goods
Clean and sanitize bakery equipment and food surfaces
Operate bakery equipment using proper safety methods
Maintain club policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned including work in other departments as needed
Ensure regular and predictable attendance
