The position of Bakery Team Member at BJ's Wholesale Club is a critical role within the company's bakery department, focused on ensuring a quality bakery experience for members by proofing and baking goods, managing displays, and upholding stringent safety and cleanliness standards. Team members are responsible for unpacking frozen bakery goods, baking unfinished products according to specific product handling guidelines, and following bakery production charts to maintain optimal product levels. The role also involves handling special orders, decorating baked goods, rotating stock to ensure freshness, and pricing bakery items accurately.
