Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend, pull, reach, push, and stoop as needed
- Experience with food safety and handling preferred
- Ability to maintain a safe and positive work environment
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to work in temperature extremes such as freezers and ovens
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Proof and bake unfinished bakery goods using ovens and other equipment following product handling instructions
- Unpack and display bakery goods from the freezer based on production charts
- Package freshly baked items including cookies, pastries, muffins, breads, and cakes
- Decorate special orders or case products
- Rotate and store bakery items following food safety and freshness policies
- Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments
- Clean and sanitize bakery equipment and food surfaces
- Generate labels and price tickets for bakery goods and perform price checks
- Answer member questions and take special orders
- Maintain compliance with safety and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned including working in other departments
- Maintain regular, full attendance
