Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work in environments with temperature extremes such as freezers and ovens
- Ability to follow food safety, food freshness, and product handling policies and procedures
- Regular and predictable full attendance

- Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Answer questions and recommend bakery items
- Answer member calls and take special orders
- Proof and bake unfinished bakery goods by following product handling information
- Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on bakery production chart
- Package freshly baked goods including cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes
- Decorate special order or case products
- Rotate and store bakery products following food safety and freshness policies
- Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments
- Check for out-of-date products and follow salvage and stale product policies
- Generate labels and price tickets for bakery goods and ensure accurate pricing
- Clean and sanitize bakery equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces
- Operate bakery equipment using proper methods
- Maintain club policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned including working in other departments as needed
- Maintain regular and predictable full attendance
