Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to move about non hard surfaces frequently
- Ability to bend, handle, pull, reach, push, and stoop as needed
- Frequently lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift heavier with assistance
- Comfortable working in indoor environments with temperature extremes from freezers, ovens, or coolers
- Ability to be exposed to cleaning agents safely
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods by following product handling information using ovens and other equipment
- Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on bakery production charts
- Maintain cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department
- Package freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, muffins, breads, pies, and cakes
- Decorate special order or case products as needed
- Rotate and store bakery products following food safety, freshness, and handling policies
- Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments
- Generate labels and price tickets for bakery goods and perform price checks
- Clean and sanitize bakery equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces
- Operate bakery equipment using proper safety methods
- Maintain club policies and work collaboratively in support of other departments as assigned
