Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- Ability to follow food safety and handling procedures
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team

Job Duties
- Answer questions and recommend bakery items
- Answer member calls and take special orders
- Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods using ovens and other equipment
- Package freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, and cakes
- Decorate special orders or case products
- Rotate and store bakery products following food safety and freshness guidelines
- Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and check for out-of-date items daily
- Generate labels and price tickets and perform price checks
- Clean and sanitize bakery equipment and display fixtures
- Operate bakery equipment safely according to policies
- Maintain all club policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments
