The Baker's Helper position is a key member of the bakery team at Albertsons Companies. This role supports bakery operations from start to finish, working closely with the Bakery Sales Manager to plan daily production, prepare dough, glaze pastries, monitor baking processes, and ensure quality standards are consistently met. The Baker's Helper assists with mixed responsibilities including applying icing, monitoring oven temperatures, assembling ingredients, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Beyond baking duties, the role involves delivering courteous and helpful customer service by answering product questions and providing information about bakery items.
