The Baker's Helper position at Albertsons Companies plays a pivotal role in the efficient day-to-day operations of the bakery. This role involves close collaboration with the Bakery Sales Manager to plan and execute daily production of baked goods. Key responsibilities include preparing dough, glazing pastries, applying icing to baked items, and monitoring oven temperatures to ensure that products meet high-quality standards. The Baker's Helper supports all aspects of the baking process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to recipes with precision and attention to detail. Beyond baking tasks, the role also requires providing courteous and helpful service to customers, answering questions about products, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
