The Baker's Helper plays a pivotal role within the bakery department, contributing directly to the preparation and production of baked goods. The Baker's Helper works closely with the Bakery Sales Manager to plan daily production schedules, gather necessary ingredients, and ensure recipes are followed meticulously.
