Albertsons is seeking a dedicated Baker's Helper to join their bakery team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of the bakery and contributes directly to the production of high-quality baked goods that delight customers. The Baker's Helper will work closely with the Bakery Sales Manager to ensure that each day’s production is efficiently planned and executed. Responsibilities include the preparation of dough, glazing pastries, monitoring oven temperatures, applying icing, and assisting with baking tasks from start to finish. Attention to detail and adherence to recipes are critical to maintaining the quality and consistency for which Albertsons' bakery is known.
Beyond the technical baking tasks, this role also involves providing excellent customer service by informing and assisting customers with product knowledge, answering questions, and maintaining a welcoming and organized bakery environment. Job Requirements

- previous bakery or food preparation experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
