The Baker's Helper role is essential to the day-to-day operations of Albertsons Companies’ bakery departments. This position involves assisting with baking tasks including preparing dough, glazing pastries, and adhering strictly to recipes to ensure quality and consistency in all baked goods produced. Working closely with the Bakery Sales Manager, the Baker's Helper actively participates in planning the day’s production, gathering ingredients, monitoring oven temperatures, and applying finishing touches like icing and glazing to pastries. This role requires a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to baking duties, the Baker’s Helper contributes to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, ensuring that all products meet quality standards before reaching customers.
