Job Duties
- prepare dough
- glaze pastries
- assist with baking tasks from start to finish
- plan the day's bakery production alongside the Bakery Sales Manager
- gather ingredients needed for baking
- apply icing and decorate baked goods
- monitor oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
- maintain product quality standards
- provide courteous and informative customer service
- answer customer questions about bakery products
- maintain a clean and organized bakery workspace
