The Baker’s Helper role at Albertsons is a crucial position within the bakery operations that goes beyond simply assisting with baking tasks. This full-time role involves preparing dough, glazing pastries, and supporting the entire baking process from preparation to finish. Working closely with the Bakery Sales Manager, the Baker’s Helper helps plan daily production, gathers ingredients, and ensures consistency and quality in all bakery products. This role demands attention to detail, a balance of creativity and technical skill, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Baker’s Helper applies icing and decoration to baked goods, monitors oven temperatures, and ensures that products meet high-quality standards for customer satisfaction.
