The role of Baker's Helper is an essential position within the bakery operations at Albertsons. This role involves assisting with the preparation of dough, glazing pastries, and various baking tasks from start to finish. Working closely with the Bakery Sales Manager, the Baker's Helper helps plan daily bakery production, gather ingredients, and meticulously follow recipes to ensure high-quality baked goods.
