Job Requirements

- previous bakery or food preparation experience a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- prepare dough and assist in baking tasks
- glaze and ice pastries accurately
- monitor oven temperatures and baking times
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace
- assist the Bakery Sales Manager in daily production planning
- provide courteous and helpful customer service
- ensure all bakery products meet quality standards
