The Baker’s Helper role plays a vital part in the day-to-day operations of the bakery department, supporting the baking process from start to finish. This position involves preparing dough, glazing pastries, and assisting with various baking tasks, ensuring high-quality products and great customer service. Working closely with the Bakery Sales Manager, a Baker’s Helper helps plan the daily production schedule, gathers ingredients, and carefully follows recipes to produce consistent and appealing baked goods. Key duties include applying icing to finished products, monitoring oven temperatures, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

This position demands a candidate who appreciates both the creative and technical aspects of baking and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal individual takes great pride in producing baked goods that enhance the customer experience and demonstrates strong organizational skills along with a sharp eye for detail.
