Job Requirements

- previous bakery or food preparation experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- planning the day's production alongside the Bakery Sales Manager
- gathering ingredients

- monitoring oven temperatures
- ensuring products meet quality standards
- providing courteous and helpful service to customers
- offering product information and answering questions
- maintaining a clean and organized workspace
