Working closely with the Bakery Sales Manager, the Baker's Helper helps plan the production schedule, gather ingredients, and execute recipes with accuracy and attention to detail. The role demands monitoring baking processes such as oven temperature control and applying finishing touches like icing to baked goods, all while maintaining product quality standards. In addition to preparation tasks, the role includes providing excellent customer service by answering questions, sharing product information, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Job Requirements

- previous bakery or food preparation experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
