- previous experience in bakery, grocery, or customer service roles preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and maintain organization
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- attention to detail and reliability

Job Duties
- Greet customers and assist with purchases
- package and label bakery items
- stock displays and ensure products are fresh and visually appealing
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- follow food safety and hygiene standards
- support bakers as needed
