Job Duties
- prepare dough
- glaze pastries
- assist with baking tasks from start to finish
- plan day’s production with Bakery Sales Manager
- gather ingredients
- apply icing to baked goods
- monitor oven temperatures
- ensure products meet quality standards
- provide courteous service to customers
- maintain clean and organized workspace
