The position of Baker's Helper is integral to the bakery operations within Albertsons. This role supports the bakery team by assisting in a variety of baking tasks from beginning to end of the baking process. Working closely with the Bakery Sales Manager, the Baker's Helper helps in planning daily production, gathering ingredients, preparing dough, glazing pastries, and ensuring that products are baked to meet quality standards. The job requires attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately to deliver consistent, high-quality baked goods. Additionally, the Baker's Helper maintains cleanliness and organization in the workspace and interacts courteously with customers, providing product information and answering questions.
