Job Duties
- Prepare dough

- plan daily production with the Bakery Sales Manager
- gather and measure ingredients
- follow recipes accurately

- monitor oven temperatures
- ensure quality standards are met
- provide courteous service to customers
- offer product information and answer questions
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
