Job Duties
- Prepare dough for baking
- glaze and apply icing to pastries
- assist with baking tasks from start to finish
- monitor oven temperatures and baking times
- plan daily bakery production with the Bakery Sales Manager
- provide customer service by offering product information and answering questions
- maintain a clean and organized bakery workspace
