In addition to production duties, the Bakery Clerk is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and sanitation within the bakery department. Inventory management is also a key task, involving the stocking, facing, and pricing of bakery products while ensuring items are rotated properly and outdated products are discarded.
