Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Food Handler certification
- able to stand and walk continuously
- able to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
- attend work regularly
- able to communicate effectively
- able to operate bakery equipment safely
- must be attentive to hazards and report unsafe conditions
- flexible to work nights weekends and holidays
- partners must be 21 or older to drive for company business
Job Qualifications

- ability to read and operate digital equipment
- ability to safely operate bakery tools and equipment
- ability to learn new systems and processes

Job Duties
- Packages bakery products
- labels bakery products
- prices bakery products
- maintains stock levels by monitoring dates and appearance
- controls storage temperatures
- assists bakery personnel with preparation and packaging
- maintains product displays
- promotes product sales through suggestive selling
- stacks pallets and sorts products
- maintains clean and safe working environment
- greets customers and answers questions
- takes customer orders in person and by phone
