Job Duties
- Prepare dough for baking
- glaze pastries and apply icing to baked goods
- assist in baking tasks from start to finish
- monitor oven temperatures and baking quality
- help plan daily bakery production alongside the bakery sales manager
- provide courteous and helpful customer service
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
