Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in baking or culinary arts preferred
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and production guidelines
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain
- Effective communication skills
- Capacity to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment and uniform as required
