Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a baker or in a related culinary role
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to follow standardized recipes accurately
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Physical capability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to comply with company safety protocols
- Ability to work in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications include having worked as a baker or in a similar position before
- Demonstrated expertise in baking techniques, protocols, and sanitation guidelines
- Certification necessary for acquiring food safety certifications
- Proficiency in fundamental mathematical operations and numerical comprehension

Job Duties

- Prepare your work area by arranging all the essential tools and ingredients needed for baking
- Get ready by quantifying, weighing, blending, cutting, and more the necessary ingredients
- Use baking tools like ovens, stoves, and mixers
- Properly handle kitchen tools, such as knives, to ensure safe cooking practices
- Adhere to food safety protocols and guidelines when storing food items
- Ensure that workspaces, tools, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected following their use
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards and maintain a positive attitude when interacting with guests, customers, clients, colleagues, and others
- Adhere to Aramark safety guidelines and protocols, which encompass correct procedures for food safety and sanitation
- Adhere to specified security procedures to safeguard company resources effectively
