The individual also manages supply orders, coordinates cake production schedules, and occasionally delivers and sets up wedding cakes outside the store. Attention to detail is critical, especially when checking cake orders for specifications like size, icing, and decoration packaging. Team collaboration is also emphasized to maintain a pleasant and productive work environment.

This role requires practical problem-solving skills, the ability to conduct arithmetic calculations involving fractions and percentages, and the capability to manage several tasks simultaneously under deadline pressure. Physical demands include lifting weights, climbing, bending, and other activities necessary in a bakery setting.
