El Bolillo Bakery began as a modest Mexican bakery located in the Greater Heights neighborhood of Houston, Texas. Known for its extensive selection of fresh pastries baked daily and its exceptional customer service, the bakery quickly established itself as a beloved community fixture. As customer demand rose, El Bolillo Bakery expanded beyond its original small storefront, constructing a larger facility across the street to better serve its growing clientele.
