Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- Enforce health department regulations and be ServSafe certified
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Physical ability to perform moderate lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk continuously
- Comfortable with repetitive hand motions and reaching overhead
- Willingness to work in environments with extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Prior fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork skills
- ServSafe certification and adherence to health regulations
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service beyond customer expectations
- Make memorable connections to enhance guest experience
- Work collaboratively with store management and teammates
- Perform job-specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Cross-train in various departments including bread, cake, POS, and bar
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and company policies
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a fun work environment
