We are currently looking for motivated Store Front Associates including Baristas, Cashiers, and Fresh Bread Bakers who are eager to take on challenges and grow rapidly with the 85C Bakery Cafe team. This role demands individuals with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, great attention to detail, and a willingness to exceed guests’ expectations. The position requires weekend availability and a flexible approach as associates will have the opportunity to cross train across various departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar to develop a broad skill set.

As a Store Front Associate at 85C Bakery Cafe, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for creating memorable guest experiences through friendly and attentive service. You will work collaboratively with your store management team and fellow employees to maintain a positive and efficient work environment. The role is physically active, requiring standing, walking, and moderate lifting up to 50 pounds. Associates must be punctual, adhere to company policies and safety guidelines, and maintain a high standard of hygiene as enforced by Health Department regulations.
