Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skill
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred experience in fast food or retail environments
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in verbal English communication
- Demonstrated excellent work ethic and ability to work well in teams
- ServSafe certification and knowledge of Health Department regulations
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday shifts preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond their expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests to enhance their experience
- Work collaboratively with store management and team members to maintain a positive workplace
- Perform specific tasks including baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing beverages
- Be punctual and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Cross train in different store departments such as bread, cake, POS, and bar
- Maintain a fun and hardworking attitude throughout shifts
