Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skill
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- Enforce health department regulations and be ServSafe certified
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- Able to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions
Job Qualifications

- ServSafe certified and able to enforce health department regulations

Job Duties
- Provide customers with service beyond expectations while attending to individual needs
- Make memorable connections with guests to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with store management and team members to maintain an uplifting work atmosphere
- Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and comply with all company policies and guidelines
- Cross train in multiple departments including bread, cake, POS, and bar
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace while following health regulations
