We are currently hiring Store Front Associates, including Baristas and Cashiers, for various positions requiring weekend availability. These roles involve providing superior customer service, ensuring the quality of bakery products, and contributing to a vibrant and welcoming cafe atmosphere. The responsibilities span multiple departments—bread baking, cake decorating, drink making, and handling point-of-sale systems—requiring flexibility and willingness to be cross-trained across various functions. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Previous experience in fast food or retail preferred
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
- Must stand and walk nearly continuously and perform repetitive hand motions
- Exposure to extreme temperatures from coolers and freezers
- Verbal communication skills in English
- Commitment to punctuality and adherence to policies
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and commitment to teamwork
- ServSafe certification and knowledge of Health Department regulations
- Available to work at least 20 hours weekly with weekend and holiday availability
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Provide customers with service beyond expectations while addressing individual needs
- Make memorable connections and strive to make each guest's experience the best
- Work with store management and team members to deliver outstanding service and maintain a positive work environment
- Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Adhere to all scheduled shifts and company policies
- Cross train in departments such as Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Maintain a fun and hardworking attitude while performing duties
