Job Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years of age to apply
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capability to stand and walk continuously during shifts
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform repetitive hand motions and reach overhead
- Adherence to company dress code and health policies
- Reliable transportation to training location
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Experience in fast food or retail preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork capabilities
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests to enhance their experience
- Work collaboratively with store management and team members to deliver outstanding service
- Perform job-specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Be punctual and adhere to all company policies and guidelines
- Cross-train in various departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Maintain cleanliness and enforce Health Department Regulations
